Jackboot Jefferson is a supporting character in TNT's Snowpiercer. He is portrayed by Simon Chin.

Little is known about Jackboot Jefferson, other than he is one of the Jackboots aboard Snowpiercer.
Throughout the Series[edit | edit source]
In Prepare to Brace, Jackboot Jefferson helped Jackboot Kaffey to froze Suzanne's arm, complying to Ruth Wardell's order.
Later in the episode while Till and Layton were talking about the murder investigation in one of the battery car, Jackboot Jefferson walked in and tried to hit Layton in anger that the Tailie killed his jackboot friends. Till hits him hard in order to protect Layton.
In Without Their Maker, when Jefferson arrived at the Bio-Security Car along other Jackboots in order to get some Tailies to work. He asked Josie Wellstead that why she is here and not Big John, Josie told Jefferson that John is sick.
In These Are His Revolutions, shortly after Melanie was exposed that she is running the train. Commander Grey orders more Jackboots to get uptrain to control the situation. Jefferson was in his shift in the Tail Section. He picked up the phone call, receiving an order to get uptrain to the First Class.
After Melanie was captured, Jefferson then got back to the Tail Section once again. Till pretended to capture Layton and want to imprison Layton with Jefferson guarding. Jefferson then attempt to made a call uptrain, however Lights and Walter Flemming cut the electrical line just in time, disabling the hardline communications. Till then hit him hard in the head, making him collapsed to the ground. His message never went through.
Jefferson was killed and had his head chopped off. His head was put in a box, in the Night Car, to use as a distraction for Commander Grey and his jackboots. While Layton's army ambushes them.
