Primary Classroom Car 12 was one of EDSEC cars that focus on education. This specific car housed the Primary-School level Classroom with the headteacher being Miss Gillies

While we can presume this is not the only class on Snowpiercer (as this car appears to teach only Elementary school level of knowledge), this is the only confirmed classroom car. Passengers from the 1st class could request tutoring from Miss Gillies.
In The Train Demanded Blood, Melanie Cavill, Andre Layton, Bennett Knox, and Miles disconnected seven cars from Snowpiercer to get rid of the Folgers, Nolan Grey, and their army of Jackboots. The Classroom was one of these cars, having been used by the Folgers for Layton's surrendering ceremony. It was in the Classroom that the Folgers, eight other First Class Passengers (1st Class Committee) and Jackboots were left to freeze to death on the Fremont Junction.

The interior of the classroom car is decorated in brightly colored pictures as well as illustrations of planets and animals. Each classroom has a certain amount of desks that have the names of children written on the side.
