There are 130 Greenhouse aboard Snowpiercer. Theyare large one-decker cars whose roof is a dome made out of reinforced glass and where crops are farmed on regular cycles using hydroponics, natural and artificial lights.

- C0842 was of the first cars visited by Andre Layton upon his arrival to the 3rd class. Layton was brought here by Roche to meet with Melanie Cavill. Miss Gillies also took her students to learn about plants here.[1]
Trivia
Gardeners operate the numerous hydroponic Greenhouse Cars and farm several cycles of crops each year. They were a beige jumpsuit. The plants grow on several levels, oriented as a pyramid. Large trees grow from the ground floor. Among the fruits and vegetables these Greenhouses can produce are:
- Berries (14 cycles/year), including Chili peppers, grapes, cherries and strawberries
- Potatoes (7 cycles/year)
- Cocoa (6 cycles/year)
- Wheat (4 cycles/year)
- Rice (3 cycles/year)
- Sugarcane (2 cycles/year)
- Cotton (2 cycles/year)
- Lettuce, carrots, cucumbers and other vegetables
- Floridian oranges, apples, mangos, avocados, bananas, grapefruits, olives and other fruits

- According to Head of Hospitality (Kevin), if agriculture on Snowpiercer dies, Wilford can restart everything.
- Ag-Sec is a muster station for Third Class.
- More power was diverted to the Greenhouses then other cars during the Pirate Train's absence in order to keep the plants alive.
- Snowpiercer has a Seed Bank Car.
