You don't see what's happening, do you? There's an idea traveling uptrain, Robert. It wants to live, this idea. It wants to set the train ablaze, and all it needs is a spark. All it needs is to wrap its thick fingers around your daughter's throat and choke her out for the working man.
— Lilah to Robert in Justice Never Boarded

History

Background

Throughout The Series

Problems with Melanie

Upon hearing about the revolts in the Tail, Lilah questions Mr. Wilford's control over Snowpiercer. Melanie assures her that everything is under control, however she is still cautious and warns that there will be more questions asked in First — especially from those powerful enough to question Melanie's authority.[1]

Death

After Melanie detaches the rear of the train, Lilah realizes that they have been tricked and desperately tries to get out. However, Layton, Bennett and Miles disconnect seven cars from the front of the train, sending the Folgers, Nolan Grey, and their army off on a switch track to either freeze or starve to death without the rest of Snowpiercer. Lilah is devastated that LJ will be left alone and she and her husband embrace as they are sent to their doom.
