Protein Bars are rectangular bars of sustenance commmonly used as food throughout the Tail of Snowpiercer; the bars are are commonly rationed in an effort to make them last. The bars are delivered to the Tail by Guards, but Tailies are free to use them as they please; including stockpiling.
