In These Are His Revolutions, when the First Class Committee found out that Mr. Wilford was not on the train and Melanie Cavill was exposed by LJ Folger that she is indeed running the train. As Jackboot Kaffey and Jackboot Clifford captures Melanie, a few passengers doesn't believe it and tried to free Melanie. Lieutenant Gardiner, along with Jackboot Tyson, Kaffey and Clifford tries to control the situation. Gardiner was so angry that he pulled his gun out, but he quickly got hold onto the ground by Jackboot Kaffey.
