History
The Aquarium, or more commonly known as The Sushi Bar, is a restaurant in the upper section of the train where only the best of seafood is served. It is considered one of the best restaurants on the entire train. Its chef is Jinju Seong, who also serves as Agricultural (AGSEC) Officer.
It was completely destroyed by Josie Wellstead in order to separate the front 10 cars of Snowpiercer from the rest of the train in order to create a separate pirate train.
Technology
Interior
The majority of the car is occupied by a large aquarium, with a glass corridor inside.[1] The aquarium is accessible from the top of the car and humans are able to dive there with ease.
Appearances
Trivia
- The entire aquarium is done using CGI.
- The restaurant is no longer able to produce smoked-salmon avocado rolls due to a shortage of wood chips for the smoked salmon.
- Ruth Wardell and Nolan Grey use the sushi bar, as well as Lilah and Robert Folger. This indicates that both first and second class passengers have access to the sushi bar and aquarium.
