Little is known about One-Eyed Tailie Veteran, other than he is one of the Tailies aboard Snowpiercer.

His only appearance was in The Time of Two Engines, when waiting for Layton's surprise attack in order to capture Kevin McMahon, he speaks to Till reminding her to leave her brakeman life.
