History
The library car is presumed to exist pre-freeze, as a place for first class passengers to have access to lots of reading material.
Technology
The library is seen to have a secret storage compartment behind the shelves, after being revealed by Joseph Wilford, which contain cigars and alcohol.
Interior
The library's interior is similar to other first class cars, with lots of lavish wood paneling similar to the hospitality office. There is a colorful skylight detailed with a large hanging Earth sculpture, and a cage that exists for unknown purposes. There is also a spiral staircase that leads to the top floor which looks down into the first and also contains a raised up observation room for observing the surroundings outside the train.

- While being all the way in the front of the train which is shown frequently, the library car has not been shown on the exterior until Season 3.
- Wilford was locked up here as a prisoner for most of Season 3.
