The spice greenhouse cars are a series of multiple cars in Ag-Sec that are built for the purpose of growing smaller plants, spices, and herbs. The interior and exterior has some design changes from the typical greenhouse cars, but still have a domed glass roof and hydroponic gardening systems. It is one of the main types of cars in Ag-Sec along with the larger Greenhouse cars, the Seed Bank cars, Cattle car, Poultry car, and more.

- During "Setting Itself Right", toxic volcanic gas seeped into at least one of these cars.
- At the end of season 3, the train was split in this part of Ag-Sec, and there is a J-Link located between two of the cars.
- After season 2, this becomes the standard design style for the greenhouse car sets shown in the show.
