History
Little is known about Bolger, other than that he is one of the third class passengers aboard Snowpiercer.

Season 1
He only appeared in the episode Prepare to Brace, working with Silva in the Cattle Car. They all died due to him accidentally damaging a window with a Captive bolt pistol, allowing the avalanche and the freeze to breach the car.
