The 3rd Class Clinic is one of three known medical centers on board Snowpiercer/Big Alice (the others being the 2nd class clinic and the Headwood Lab).

This set was used less after the 2nd class clinic car was introduced.
Some frostbite victims were treated here by the Headwoods while others, like Josie, were in the 2nd class clinic instead.
