The 2nd Class Clinic is one of three known medical centers on board Snowpiercer/Big Alice (the others being the 3rd class clinic and the Headwood Lab). It has the same layout as the 2nd class quarters, but is outfitted with typical technology and supplies found in hospital rooms. It is smaller than the 3rd class clinic, but slightly more luxurious to fit the 2nd class design theme.

The clinic has a small safe with medicines and other medical supplies that has a passcode lock.
