Simple. The picture was made by alex nice, and the human is on the right side if you look at it. Import it into paint, zoom to 800%. The human is roughly 22 pixels tall, and I took 2 m as the actual human size (so basically 10 pixels = 1 meter). Based on that the train is around 170 pixels tall and 800 long, making it 17 m tall and 80 m long, with the engine being 100 m long. And holy sh*t Where did you find that picture? I've been looking for a Big alice Scematic all day.... The problem with making calcualtions based on the CGI in the movie is that they are inconsistent wioth the size of the interior/exterior The insides are too big based on what they show as exterior shots, so I took the Alex Nice scematic as the true reference
