He is a charming, conniving, and ultimately dangerous janitor-turned-gangster who rules the Black Market with an enigmatic power, inspiring fierce loyalty in his army of minions.
History
Background
Terence is the Head Janitor on the Train.[1] However, his true significance is as a leader of the black market. He has a reputation for always demanding a price.[1]
