The 2nd Class Clinic is one of two known medical centers on board Snowpiercer (the other being the 3rd class clinic). It has the same layout as the 2nd class quarters, but is outfitted with typical technology and supplies found in hospital rooms. It is smaller than the 3rd class clinic, but slightly more luxurious to fit the 2nd class design theme.

The clinic has a small safe with medicines and other medical supplies that has a passcode lock.

- The set may have been the same set previously used for the 2nd Class Quarters, as it is nearly identical.
- This car becomes the main clinic setting in part of Season 2 and most of Season 3 (besides the Headwood Lab), instead of the 3rd Class Clinic seen used more in Season 1.
- Josie, Wilford, Layton and Melanie have all been patients in this car at some point.
