Background
He was ticketed as a hospitality apprentice for Snowpiercer, becoming head of hospitality aboard Big Alice.
Throughout The Series
Season 2
Kevin is first shown to be apart of Big Alice's hospitality. He is resentful towards Melanie for leaving him to die in the freeze. He is responsible for allowing the trade of food and drugs between the door of the two trains without the consent of Joseph Wilford. This leads to a surprise attack led by Layton who breaks through the door as Kevin once again allows for the door to be opened once again to trade. As a result of this, he is tied up and dragged down into Snowpiercer to be taken, prisoner.
He is later interrogated by Layton and Roche where at first he refuses to answer any questions. Under the belief that Mr. Wilford would want him back. With the food situation on Big Alice seemingly not as quality and plentiful as it is on Snowpiercer, he quickly gives in after being bribed with chicken wings where he gives important information on Big Alice.
There is later a prisoner exchange where for Melanie, Kevin is returned to Big Alice. Mr. Wilford presents himself as welcoming and happy to see him, he continues this by offering Kevin a bath. However Wilford questions Kevin about his time on Snowpiercer, Kevin's voice becomes shakier as he is further questioned. Kevin lies about revealing information but admits to eating the chicken, Mr. Wilford changes attitude and Kevin is exposed for dealing the mangos and fruit whilst the others on Big Alice were hungry. And as a result, being responsible for the earlier Snowpiercer attack by letting the door be opened.
Mr. Wilford hands him a razor and Kevin acknowledges what Wilford wants him to do. He is reluctant but slits his wrist with it and bleeds in the bathtub under Mr. Wilford's watch.
After the incident, Mr. Wilford says that Kevin has fallen ill when Layton asks him about him.
Later, Kevin was shown to be alive in Big Alice, strapped to a chair and suffering extreme emotional distress over his experience in the tub.
