Melanie finds snow outside of the train despite the temperature being too cold for it to snow, suggesting that the planet is beginning to return to normal.
Kevin claims that Mr. Wilford can restart everything even if everyone dies.
Melanie destroys the connecting mechanism between the two trains and cuts Wilford's uplink to Snowpiercer, breaking Wilford's control over the train's systems and permanently linking Snowpiercer and Big Alice.
