Joseph Wilford created the carnival car to entertain the passengers and feed his narcissism. It is a typical second class car outfitted with small carnival rides, some games, and whimsical decorations.

When Melanie Cavill took the train and abandoned Wilford at departure, the car was closed and was not used for seven years until he returned. After taking back Snowpiercer, he reopened the car with a puppet show celebration for a select few.
