Not much is known about Watermaster Arnoldo Reyas. It can be presumed that he was in 2nd class before the revolution as other department heads are also from the 2nd class.
 
After the [[Pirate Train]] was created and [[Wilford's Rolling Gulag]] had lesser energy, Wilford had to decommissioned the first class and leave the 2nd and 3rd class in minus temperature. Arnoldo Reyas is responsible for water supply.

The only episode he appeared is [[The Tortoise and the Hare]]. It is revealed by [[Jackboot Stu Whiggins]] that he was aiding the resistance (as known as "The Laytonites") by giving them free hot baths. [[Joseph Wilford|Wilford]] and [[Kevin McMahon|Kevin]] later caught him giving [[Jackboot Tyson]] a hot bath. So he eventually needed to tell the resistance's hiding spot, which results in [[Ruth Wardell|Ruth]] and [[Pike]]s desperate escape to hide in a storage compartment in the [[1st Class Dining|1st Class Dining Car]]. Later in the episode he and [[Jackboot Tyson]] would get a punishment by getting human waste splashed on their body, or as Kevin called "un-bath."

Watermaster Arnoldo Reyas is a supporting character in TNT's Snowpiercer. He is portrayed by Jorge Vargas.
