Snowpeter is a cat that was owned by LJ Folger and Erik Sotto.

Snowpeter was brought aboard Snowpiercer by Erik Sotto. The cat resided in the Folgers' carriage and was taken care of by Sotto and LJ Folger.

Throughout The Series[edit | edit source]

Its first appearance was in the episode Without Their Maker, in the Folger carriage as Andre Layton questions LJ about Sotto and the murder of Sean Wise. LJ observes a photograph of Sotto in the old world, embracing Snowpeter as a kitten. Shortly after, Snowpeter appears suddenly and jumps up onto the sofa, startling Layton - who has not seen a cat in at least seven years. LJ tells Layton that Sotto saved Snowpeter, and describes the cat as "a master of disguise."

Snowpeter appears again briefly in These Are His Revolutions, being held by LJ as she looks out of a window towards the engine, and seeing Miles flashing the lights of the front carriages.
