Sean was a spy for Mr. Wilford (Melanie Cavill)[2] and had a cover job as a Third Class passenger, member of Ag-Sec, working in Agriculture.[1][3] He kept tabs on the black market. He was trying to find the source of a new drug wrecking havoc in Third before his death, Kronole. The night he was killed, he and Erik Sotto met with Terence to score some Kronole.

Sean Wise is killed shortly before the first episode. His death prompts Melanie Cavill to summon Andre Layton to investigate the crime.[1] Later, Till and Layton joined Doctor Pelton to investigate his dead body.
