- Melanie: "The future IS OUTSIDE!"
- Wilford: "LET'S GO FIND A NEW EDEN! And so begins a new era of peace and cooperation. One train bound by a common cause."
- ― The first time someone named "New Eden."
New Eden is the name of Earth's new warm spot, originally dubbed by Joseph Wilford in Smolder to Life.
New Eden is a small rocky region located in the Horn of Africa. While Andre Layton's visions presented New Eden as a warm savanna, the area is actually still cold enough to have snow, and is devoid of vegetation.
The track to New Eden was the most dangerous stretch of track due to a war that broke out as The Freeze began, in addition to enduring years without maintenance. While Layton and the rest of his crewmates aboard the Pirate Train had never been there, the data collected by Melanie Cavill during her time in the Breslauer Research Station was solid enough to attempt to travel there.
After the trains split in The Original Sinners and Big Alice turned towards New Eden, it ended up partially derailing due to the Old Trestle Bridge collapsing under its weight.
As of Season 4, one or more of the derailed train cars have been moved and/or possibly scrapped for materials to build a proper settlement.
