Wilford seemingly took Alex under his wing and taught her all there was to know about both trains. After joining ''Big Alice'' and ''Snowpiercer'' Alex started to oppose Wilford's commands, rather joining forces with Melanie. When Wilford starts reconnecting with [[Miss Audrey]], Alex doesn't attempt to hide her disgust toward Wilford's and Audrey's relationship and their behaviour, e.g. their sexual advances, drinking and plotting.
