=== Season 1 === * When Andre Layton got removed from the Tail, he got showered and got medical check in the Bio-Security Car by Henry Klimpt before advancing to the Sub-Train. *The Tailies failed insurrection was stopped by Jackboots at this car. *When Big John and Santiago got pulled up to work uptrain, they got cleaned in the Bio-Security Car. When Melanie Cavill was discovered to be acting as Wilford, Grey had the Jackboots moved to the front of the train, leaving Jackboot Jefferson to guard the Tail. When Bess Till later arrived with Andre Layton in fake custody to free the Tail, Jefferson assaulted Layton and tired to justify it. When he tried to call up train, to inform of Layton's capture, Lights cut the line and Bess then knocked him out, allowing them to free the Tailies. Jefferson was then decapitated and his head placed in a box in the Night Car. As of the end of the Revolution, the Bio-Security car came into disuse as the tail was no longer considered separate from the general population. Lead Brakemen Roche had also noted that the post revolution train "doesn't even care about their bio-security failing".
