[[Joseph Wilford|Wilford]] and [[Kevin McMahon|Kevin]] later caught him giving [[Jackboot Tyson]] a hot bath. So he eventually needed to tell the resistance's hiding spot, which results in [[Ruth Wardell|Ruth]] and [[Pike]]s desperate escape to hide in a storage compartment in the [[1st Class Dining|1st Class Dining Car]]. Later in the episode he and [[Jackboot Tyson]] would get a punishment by getting human waste splashed on their body, or as Kevin called "un-bath."
