On the Fight Night day, [[Andre Layton|Layton]] asked [[Annie]] to meet with Terence. Layton questioned if Terence ever sold to Sean Wise, and Terence exclaims that he didn’t kill Sean, despite having sold to him. The two talk further and Terence reveals that the night Sean was killed, he tried to buy Kronole from him with [[Erik Sotto|a guy from First]]: early thirties, buzz cut, well maintained appearance. Layton then traded his ring which [[Zarah Ferami|Zarah]] gave back to him, and asks if he can bargain for one [[Access Chip]].<ref>[[Access Is Power]]</ref>

On the LJ's tribunal day, When [[Astrid]] and [[Josie Wellstead|Josie]] switch places so that Josie could find Layton. Astrid send Josie to [[Market Car (C0776)|the Market]] to meet with [[Terence]]. [[Terence]], [[Annie]] and [[Josie Wellstead|Josie]] to gets to [[The Drawers]]. The two janitors were only there to steal the supplies, later revealed to be suspension drugs for them to make Kronole, leaving Josie to find Layton alone.<ref>[[Justice Never Boarded]]</ref>

After Melanie and Klimpt realized that both suspension drugs and Layton were missing. She confronts Terence and ask if he knows where Layton is, threatened to take his dominant arm if he refuses to tell her. Terence promised Melanie that he would immediatedly alarm her if Layton ever comes to him. Later he would meet Layton in the Night Car along with [[Clay]] and [[Miss Audrey]], Layton asks if Terence wants to participate in the upcoming revolution. Terence refused but he never alarms Melanie of Layton's presence.<ref>[[The Universe Is Indifferent]]</ref>

In [[Keep Hope Alive|''Keep Hope Alive'']], [[Pike]] continues his efforts to trade drugs and other paraphernalia from Big Alice. He is attacked moments later by [[John Osweiller|Osweiller]] and [[LJ Folger|LJ]], however, and brought to [[Terence]] where he is told that he must cease trading or face the consequences. Pike becomes angry at the threat and tells Layton that his trading efforts are keeping the Tail going, and that he must be able to trade freely without the fear of Terence looming; Layton promises to take care of the issue.

Layton tries to talk with [[Terence]] about the importance of the trade route in the Tail, and offers to split the profits with him 60/40. Terence is reluctant to oblige, however, despite Layton's threats that he will arrest him for his actions. Terence becomes defensive immediately and begins threatening Layton's secret about the mole — [[Josie Wellstead|Josie]] — that is feeding Snowpiercer information from Big Alice. Layton would ask Pike to personally kill Terence, as a new source from Big Alice is very important.

Pike leads everyone out of the Car, then offer Terence a knife to fight with him to be fair. Terence is confused so Pike stated that it's a Tailie Tradition. Terence was killed by Pike shortly after.
