In ''[[Without Their Maker]]'', When the 1st class passengers were called for an urgent meeting by Melanie in order to search for [[Nikki Genêt]]'s murderer. Rajiv seems concern when he learned that [[Erik Sotto]] was missing and could be a suspect. Rajiv also told Layton that the first class security guards were allowed to keep their guns. 

In ''[[Justice Never Boarded]]'', he is seen attending LJ's tribunal in the front seats. When Mr. Wilford (Melanie), commuted LJ’s sentence, Rajiv smiled happily.
