===[[Sykes]]=== Due to their shared trauma over being mauled by Wilford's dog [[Jupiter]], Bennett introduces Sykes to Javi and puts them to work together on preparing for the new colony. Although Javi is at first closed off, Sykes' ability to relate to him gets Javi to open up and they befriend each other. Over time, Sykes is shown to help bring Javi more out of his shell, although her attempts to help him by taking him to confront Jupiter fail to work.
