== Personality == Doctor Pelton is depicted as a friendly and caring woman dedicated to her job who supports change for the better. To this end, she has been seen to support the various revolutions in secret, often acting as the representative for Second Class in meetings. Due to her unassuming role as a doctor, she appears to be underestimated by the higher ups on the other side of the wars that she supports, allowing her more freedom of movement to treat the wounded or pass messages along through [[Winnie]].
