==Throughout the Series==
In ''[[First, the Weather Changed]]'', Jackboot Trotter is one of the Jackboots who brought [[Protein Bars (TV Series)|Protein Bars]] to the Tailies. Santiago swears to Trotter and tried to hit him. Trotter hits him twice in the stomach and the head respectively, Santiago fall to the ground.

Later that day, he is seen sitting in [[Bio-Security Car]], eating his meal with [[Jackboot Alvarez]]. [[Mama Grandé]] yells and moans at door to get their attention. Mama Grandé told Alvarez in Spanish that there is [[Old Ivan|a Tailie dead]] by hanging himself. Alvarez and Trotter told Mama Grande that they will remove the body on the next watch. 

He is killed the following day in the Tailie's failed rebellion.
